No one ever really went into a lot of detail about this, but from what I gather (I don’t know ZP personally nor have I ever spoken with him, but I have met the guys in Dragonforce and know some people close to them), it was essentially due to the fact that he felt like the vocals weren’t being treated like real vocals and that he really had no power/control over his performance in the band.
